If your credit union has already made an investment in a stand-alone imaging system, then you know your member service staff is forced to log into that system to retrieve member documents. With i-DOCS® Essentials, EPL delivers the same robust user interface as i-DOCS® Enterprise, allowing your member service staff to quickly navigate to your member documents from the i-POWER® member account profile through our advanced integration technology. In addition, your credit union can use i-DOCS® Essentials to capture member signatures on any member pdf documents created in i-POWER®. i-DOCS® Essentials can be customized for your credit union to automatically load these images to your own archival system.
